The outcome we work toward
A new source of revenue.
01 / Value that already exists
Work orders, historical records, manuals and solved processes. Real-world experience can hold value beyond your own operations.
We identify industry-specific information: context, decisions and outcomes that aren’t available on the open web.
We review quality, formats and sensitive information before defining what can be shared and on what terms.
We find potential uses and support negotiations. You decide the scope, the recipients and the conditions.
02 / One process, end to end
We connect the pieces. Your team stays in control of what is evaluated and what gets licensed.
We map your sources, their volume, history and available rights.
We define a sample, review its quality and apply de-identification measures.
We present the dataset profile to relevant potential buyers.
We support agreements on permitted uses, access, duration and commercial terms.
03 / Making the value clear
Before sharing any files, we build a profile that explains what makes your dataset useful. Buyers understand its potential; you decide what happens next.

We assess ownership and use restrictions before proposing a transaction.
We define what to exclude, transform or de-identify. Each case needs its own review.
Access scope, confidentiality and permitted uses are agreed before data is shared.
What you need to know
Operational records, technical documentation, solved processes and historical files with context. Their usefulness depends on quality, available rights and buyer demand.
No. We can start with a description of your systems, formats and years of information. You don’t need to upload databases or files for the first conversation.
Research teams, labs and technology companies looking for specialized data to develop or evaluate their systems. Interest is assessed case by case; a purchase is never guaranteed.
We aim to work with business data that can be appropriately licensed. Before any sample is shared, personal information, trade secrets and contractual restrictions are reviewed. De-identification alone does not eliminate every risk.
The initial conversation carries no commitment. We propose a fee linked to the transaction; any preparation costs and commercial terms are agreed in writing before proceeding.
A license can permit specific uses without transferring ownership. Exclusivity, duration and each party’s rights are defined in the contract; you decide whether to accept those terms.
